Riccardo has been Managing Partner of Eversheds Bianchini since 2001 to 2011 and a member of Eversheds International's Executive Committee since 2008 to 2011. He has a well-established experience in corporate and commercial law, such as M&A, business conveyances, joint ventures, finance and banking contracts, bond issues, capital market transactions, listings on Stock Exchange, structures finance transactions, assistance in the financial services sector. Riccardo led on the main transactions in which our law firm was involved. His experience in corporate and finance issues allows him to coordinate all aspects of national and international transactions. He constantly liaises with all other Eversheds offices in order to coordinate cross border operations.
