Beatrice's practice focuses on commercial law, advising multinational clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues. She has developed significant expertise in the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, notably in the communications, technology and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in litigation concerning IP, product liability, warranty claims, advertising and unfair competition. Beatrice is a member of ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and INTA (International Trademark Association) and has been appointed as Delegate for two consecutive two-year periods (2008/09 & 2010/11) on the Parallel Import Committee of INTA. She was also ranked by Chambers Europe in 2008 among the notable practitioners specialized in IP matters in Italy.
