Juliana heads the Brazilian/ Portuguese desk. Juliana is member of the financial services team, assisting mainly foreign clients in relation to regulatory compliance (such as registration of foreign funds) and contractual matters, including advising on all related financial matters. She also member of the corporate team. She assists Italian and foreign clients in corporate and commercial matters, having experience in ordinary and extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial matters in general. Juliana has graduated in law in Brazil as well as in Italy and is qualified in both Italy and Brazil.
