Alvise CEO of the firm since 2010 to 2011. He is a senior transactions and corporate partner, with twenty years of experience representing multinationals in Italy in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements. Alvise has a particular interest and expertise also in real estate matters and is the head of such department. His expertise includes the negotiation of sale/purchase and rent agreements referring to buildings, land and plants, the negotiation of complex retail lease/concession agreements, group relocation agreements, and the assistance to banks in security lending transactions. Alvise is also member of the Renewable Energy Department and assists developers, investors and funds.
