He assisted companies rated among the major industrial, commercial and insurance Italian companies in litigious disputes in the are of labour law and has handled mass dismissal procedures, collective dismissals and dole and welfare fund procedures.Marcello developed a significant experience in national and international contractual matters, both in Italian and English, such as: agency contracts, deposit contracts, letters of intent and of engagement, license contracts, manufacturing contracts, handling contracts, secrecy agreements, service agreements between companies belonging to the same group, insurance contracts.
