Guido is an attorney specialising in Environmental Law. He advises several multinational companies in environmental matters, among which remedial procedures of contaminated sites, liability for environmental damage, waste management, water resources management, emissions into atmosphere. Guido has carried out a large number of environmental due diligence and feasibility studies preliminarily to M&A, real estate and project finance transactions as well as to environmental permits or certifications. Guido is an expert in the greenhouse gas emissions trading pursuant to the Kyoto protocol and the related implementing legislation.
In addition Guido handles m&a and project finance transactions, corporate matters, and international transactions.
Guido is a contract lecturer in Environmental Law at the University of Bergamo. Qualified attorney since 1993, he obtained a Master in international trade law (PGDL) at the University of Oxford (1993) and has been partner with primary international law firms.
