Francesco is mostly involved in commercial, corporate and litigation.He assists domestic and international companies both in contentious and non-contentious activities. He has experience of advising companies on commercial matters, assisting them in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. He further provides legal assistance to clients with respect to their ordinary and extraordinary business as well as to corporate transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships. He also has experience of carrying out due diligence. Francesco is also involved in advising Italian public listed companies in connection with the compliance to stock market authorities≠ regulations, with specific focus on corporate governance, information and communication duties. In this respect Francesco has particular expertise in drafting the relevant documentation and corporate deeds.
