Filippo has gained experience in corporate and commercial law, advising Italian and foreign companies in contentious and non contentious activities. In particular, Filippo focuses his practice on issues relating to the incorporation, starting-up and management of companies and provides legal assistance also in connection with the negotiation and drafting of international commercial agreements. Filippo is also gaining a significant experience on energy matters, in particular in the structuring and negotiating of a large number of projects involving renewable energy. Filippo, who is French mother tongue, carried out a significant part of his studies in Paris (Nanterre Paris X) and in Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles). He graduated at the Catholic University of Milan.
