Giorgio Sacerdoti (JD, Milan; LLM, Columbia Law School)is Of Counsel with Eversheds Bianchini. He specialises in international litigation, arbitration, contracts, investments, transport law and issues of European law. Giorgio teaches International and European Law at Bocconi University, Milan, and was a member in 2001-2009 of the WTO Appellate Body in Geneva. He has an extensive experience as international commercial and investment arbitrator at the ICC, LCIA and ICSID where he has chaired several tribunals. As Vice-Chairman of the OECD Working Group on Bribery until 2001, he was one of the draftsmen of the “Anticorruption Convention” of 1997. He is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
